About Vadem

Vadem is a privately-held technology holding company which has made early investments in Amphus. Pinax Group completes acquisition of Clio intellectual property from Vadem. Vadem owns ParaGraph, which sells the award winning CalliGrapher and PenOffice software providing script handwriting recognition for Win CE and Windows environments.

    Amphus had acquired the manufacturing rights for all Vadem chips.
